HOW TO BUY A FLIGHT

I forgot my Login/Password for entering Sky Express System. What shall I do?
We usually recommend to make your e-mail address login in full, e.g.: info@skyexpress.ru. Try to check the address of your registration. If it does not fit please address your question to the Reservation Center at +7 495 580 9360. Should you forget password for entering the system then shifting through “Forget password” enter your login in the proposed window (e-mail address) and press “Password loading”. At the same moment you will receive a new password at the indicated electronic address, created by the system. Then enter the Sky Express system using the sent password and change it to your new password which only you will know. If you receive a letter with the new password distorted please change Coding to Unicode (UTF-8) (Menu <Type> - <Coding> - <Unicode (UTF-8)>).

What information is required from me for booking?
For booking and processing Sky Express requests you to enter your passport data and indicate two modes of feedback (telephone and e-mail address/fax), to sent you Itinerary/receipt and contact as necessary. We recommend to always give e-mail as a preferable mode of communication.

What is ID number, who needs it and what for?
ID number is a ten-digit number attributed each client following registration in Sky Express system for further identification. Entering the booking system under his password and login a registered client sees this number in brackets left of the name. The ID number shall be referred to in payment for a flight in cash through Sky Express partners for payment processing. Identification may also be performed on the basis of client e-mail address indicated by him at registration.

Why shall I book a flight as a separate Booking per each person even if I am flying with my family, friends and children?
Each passenger shall have a personal electronic ticket with unique number which in this case is the Booking Number. It is on the basis of this unique number that each passenger is registered for a flight at the airport. In order to process a ticket for a child under 2 you shall contact a Call Center operator at+ 7 495 580 9360. For a child over 2 a separate standard tariff Booking is processed. To spend less time for reservation and our best deals you should register. The system will store your data and you will not have to enter it each time anew.

I want to buy 2 flights. After I have booked one flight I immediately make the second Booking but the system offers a tariff higher than the first one. Why is that happening? If I do not want to buy the second flight at higher price but want to cancel the Booking altogether what shall I do?
Sky Express flights are sold directly – online on the web site and through the Call Center. That means that several persons may buy tickets simultaneously for one and the same flight. Since the system automatically offers minimum tariff for each new booking it may be so that you have booked the last flight in a particular price class, and only higher price tickets are left. If in this situation you wish to cancel the Order or change it you should notify a Booking Center operator. If you have already paid for the flight with a card on the web-site your cancellation or changes will be processed in accordance with the Rules of Tariff Application.

I am entering promo code at booking a flight on the web site and can see no tariff for the choice of flight. Does that mean that seats for these flights are sold out? What shall I do?
If after entering promo code you see no tariff offer for the date and direction of your choice that means that all promo code seats for those flights are sold out. In order to see other tariffs go back to booking Step One and exit promo code mode. The system will automatically offer you the cheapest tariff available for this flight, and you will make sure that common prices for Sky Express flights are no less attractive! Please remember that cheap seats for holiday flights are bought out first. Try to find promo code tariffs for nearest weekdays and next time plan and book a flight in advance for the best deals!

I am flying Sky Express to Moscow and I need a paper ticket. Where can I get one?
In order to get a paper ticket you should indicate so on booking the flight. If you are booking flight individually on web-site in the second Step of booking in the list of additional services please indicate "1" against the column "Drawing up ticket blank". The service worth 150 rubles will be automatically included in your Order. You will be able to get a paper ticket at Vnukovo Airport at the Sky Express check-in desk with a printout of Itinerary/Receipt certifying that you have paid for the service.

How many kilos of baggage may I carry free of charge?
Each passenger may carry 15 kg of baggage free, and out of those 15 kg he may take on board one piece of unregistered baggage weighing not more than 10 kg, with dimensions not in excess of 45Õ35Õ15 ñm, to fit under the seat in front. If your baggage exceeds the standard 15 kg you should notify us about that at booking the flight and get a confirmation of such baggage carriage. You may also pay for excess baggage (including sporting equipment) at booking the flight by choosing “Baggage Certificate” service. Payment for excess or outsized baggage is effected at airport check-in in the amount of RUR 135 per 1 kg for any flight of our airline. Please take that into account in planning your travel budget. What if I am carrying skis or a snowboard? Or I may be carrying diving equipment or a bicycle?
Snowboards and skis as well as other sporting equipment are carried by air transport as outsized baggage. At booking a flight the passenger shall inquire the airline about a possibility of carrying skis, a snowboard or other sporting equipment and obtain confirmation of such possibility. Sporting equipment is not included in the standard of baggage to be carried free and should be paid for as excess baggage at the rate of RUR 135 per 1 kg. In order not to overpay for carrying sporting equipment we suggest that at time of booking flight you order the service “Baggage Certificate”, and having paid RUR 500 per 10 kg of excess baggage (including sporting equipment) stop worrying about that at the airport. That will help you to better plan your travel budget and save considerable amount, since in payment for carriage directly at the airport before flight 1 kg will cost you more than twice higher – at the rate of RUR135 per 1 kg.

May I change date of departure, point of destination or personal composition of passengers after payment for the flight?
The possibility of introducing changes to your Booking is subject to the tariff class (and conditions of its application) of your air ticket. You may familiarize yourself with the conditions of tariff application here. At Airline Special Tariffs you may amend your Booking no later than two hours prior to departure having paid respective amendment fee. If there is less than 2 hours left before the flight you may not change the Booking or cancel the flight.

I am late for my flight. What shall I do?
If you are late for your flight but check-in for the flight has not started yet please contact the Booking Center operator at +7 495 580 9360 and report your data and your wish to cancel a seat on that flight. You will be able to fly the next flight of our airline in the desired direction at minimum extra in accordance with the applicable Sky Express tariffs, subject to vacant seats  being available on board after the registration of selected flight.

I want to buy a flight for another person. How can I do it?
You may book and pay for a flight for another person. You just need to indicate his/her passport data. In order to buy tickets for a group you also need to indicate passport data of each passenger. If each member of the group is going to pay for his/her trip individually draw up a separate reservation for each passenger and advise your friends their booking numbers and deadline for making payment for the flight.
