Automobile transportation service to passengers and luggage is rendered by the Sky Express line partner - “VIP TAXI”, LLC.
TRANSFER service includes transfer of 1 -14 passengers in one vehicle. Children under 2 are carried free.
Purchased TRANSFER service includes also carriage of 1 – 14 pieces of luggage. Overall size of one piece shall not exceed 0,5х0,5х1,0 m, with weight of each of the piece of no more than 30 kg in one vehicle.
Passenger by purchasing TRANSFER service concludes a Contract with “VIP TAXI”, LLC for car transportation in accordance with the present Rules.
All claims arising from the present Contract for automobile transportation shall be handled by “VIP TAXI”, LLC without CJSC “Sky Express” being involved.
The service is rendered along the route from “Vityazevo” airport to Novorossiysk with a stop in Anapa, or from Novorossiysk to “Vityazevo” airport with a stop in Anapa.
6. Looking for the bus
At “Vityazevo” airport (Anapa): On arrival to the Anapa airport you, within the first 60 minutes, should address the representative/ driver who is waiting for you with a printed poster “Sky Ex-press” on the bus at the stop near the exit from the arrival hall of the airport. Show him your Iti-nerary Receipt with TRANSFER services payment indicated. In case something goes wrong, call the dispatch operator by the following round-the-clock telephones: +7 (988) 762-62-63 или +7 (918) 191-81-88. Passenger shall retain his/her Itinerary Receipt.
While in Anapa: If you have ordered TRANSFER service from Anapa to the airport, just come to the bus postered “Sky Express” waiting for you at the Anapa central bus station at the scheduled time *, and you will be brought to the Anapa airport. None: if passenger failed to come to the bus at the scheduled time, the Contract shall be deemed cancelled unilaterally with withholding of 100% of the amount paid.
While in Novorossiysk: If you have ordered TRANSFER service from Novorossiysk to the air-port, just come to a bus postered “Sky Express” waiting for you next to “Brigantina” Hotel in No-vorossiysk at the scheduled time *, then you will be brought to the airport. Note: if passenger failed to come to the bus at the scheduled time, the Contract shall be deemed cancelled unilate-rally with withholding of 100% of the amount paid.
7. Don’t be late!
In cases when after 60 minutes following a plane landing a passenger does not show up the Contract shall be deemed cancelled unilaterally by “VIP TAXI” LLC with withholding of 100% amount paid for automobile transportation of passenger and luggage.
8. Make arrangements
Smocking, windows opening by the driver, switching on an air conditioner, switching on or off a radio or record-player are subject to a common consent within the car.
9. Service denial
Passenger can be denied the service on account of the following reasons:
• passenger being in a condition of intense alcoholic or drug intoxication, or in case of public or-der disturbance caused by him;
• passenger wearing soiled clothing, or possessing a carry-on or luggage that could spoil the ve-hicle interior, or cause any other damage;
• passenger is carrying animals not provided with means ensuring safety of the voyage (a spe-cial container, a muzzle, etc.);
• if passenger’s luggage overall size exceeds technical capabilities of the available automobile transport;
• absence Itinerary Receipt confirming TRANSFER service payment, or absence of ID card;
• alteration of passenger and his luggage destination address, without previous approval from “VIP TAXI” LLC.
10. Extra services
Large sized luggage with overall dimensions exceeding technical capabilities of the vehicle available cannot be accepted for transportation.
11. Repayment conditions in case of rejection of services
In case of passenger’s voluntary rejection of services, repayment is effected under the following conditions:
• if “VIP TAXI” LLC receives an appropriate notification from passenger on his voluntary rejection of automobile transportation in electronic format at the address firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com 24 hours prior to the aircraft scheduled departure, a passenger is refunded by “VIP TAXI” LLC in the amount of the service cost less 15% as a fine;
• if “VIP TAXI” LLC receives an appropriate notification from passenger on his voluntary rejection of automobile transportation less than 24 hours prior to the aircraft scheduled departure, a pas-senger is fined at the extent of 100 % of automobile transportation cost;
• repayment to passenger for automobile transportation is effected by “VIP TAXI” LLC during 30 calendar days in cashless settlement at banking details provided by passenger, or the monies can be refunded as repayment for a repeated service order for other date;
• in case of flight delay due to Airline’s fault, passenger shall receive transfer services without additional payment;
• in case of flight cancellation due to Airline’s fault, passenger shall be refunded for transfer ser-vices by “VIP TAXI” LLC in the amount of the full transfer services charge.
