Now you can timely check the status of your Booking or your flight with the help of new Sky Express SMS notification service.

“Status of Booking by SMS” service
To know status of your Booking, just send SMS to a short number 2743. Prepare the message text: SEB and indicate 12-digit code for payment or 6-digit letter-digit code of your Booking.
For example: SEB019876543212 or SEB 65Y78K
In reply, you  will get a message on your mobile: “Confirmed” or “Waiting for payment” or “Booking is not found”.

“Status of Flight by SMS” service
To know your flight status, just send SMS to a short number 2734. Prepare the message text: SEF, flight number, in space - date of flight in DDMM format.
For example, to know flight status ÝÕ-301 for 31 December, dial: SEF301 3112
In reply, you  will get a message on your mobile: “Departed at HH:MM local time”, “Landed at HH:MM local time”, “Delayed till HH:MM local time”.
Explanations:
Status “Landed” shows that flight has already landed in airport of destination at the time indicated in reply.
SE – Sky Express, F – Flight
In ticket or in Itinerary, before the flight number, you will see letters ÝÕ or XW.
These are codes (domestic or international) of our Company as Aircarrier.
