1. Web check-in service is available at Sky Express web-site for all registered clients for flights from Vnukovo airport (Moscow). Web check-in is free of charge service.

2. Web check-in is available from 24 hour before departure and up to 3 hours before departure by schedule.

3. To complete web check-in the passenger:
• Must come to the airport of departure for preflight safety control and emplanement not later than 40 minutes before departure;
• Must have personal ID and Itinerary and boarding card;
• Must take the seat onboard, which is pointed out in his boarding card;
• Must come to the check-in desk and at the airport and substitute the boarding card in case of ad-hoc flights.
After web check-in the passenger don’t have to check-in at the airport.

4. The web check-in is available under conditions:
• The passenger bought the ticket at the web-site or in the Call Center. It’s impossible to web check-in passengers, who bought paper tickets in travel agencies;
• The passenger doesn’t fall in the special category (pregnant woman, children aged under 12 years, persons with limited movement ability and of other groups of Passengers who may be in need of medical examination);
• A child aged under 2 years old doesn’t fly with the passenger;
• The passenger has only personal property along;
• The passenger has familiarization with the The List of the main dangerous agents and objects not to be carried on board aircraft in registered Baggage or in Unregistered Baggage and doesn’t carry animals (birds).

5. The web check-in could be made only by registered client himself at the web-site. Call-center does not provide web check-in service.

6. Web check-in is accessible only in Client’s cabinet at the web-site. To use this service, please, chose the flight and click by link “Web check-in”. Please, continue check-in if there is a segment from Vnukovo in your flight and there are not early then 24 hours and not less 3 hours before the departure by schedule.

7. On the morrow of web check-in your boarding card will be shown on-screen. Please, print it and save this boarding card till the arrival. Boarding card is obligatory document for the preflight safety control.

8. If you lost the boarding card, you’ll have to come to the check-in desk and check-in for the flight on a first-come. Attention: Without the boarding card you wouldn’t be able to pass the preflight safety control.

9. Passengers, who bought seat assignment during booking will receive boarding card for the seat chosen beforehand. Passengers, who didn’t pay for seat assignment, will took seats according the automatic assignment by the check-in system.
