Business First

If you wish to wait for the departure in the business class lounge, to get priority check-in and to be transported to the aircraft across the airfield by a separate vehicle, you can book the BUSINESS FIRST service. Upon having paid for it, you will get VIP services at the airports of the following cities: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Sochi, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Chelyabinsk, and Murmansk. The service charge shall be included in the flight cost and marked in your Itinerary as paid.

You are welcome to arrive at the airport of departure not later than 40 minutes prior to the flight departure (but not earlier than 3 hours prior thereto) and to present your Itinerary at the check-in desk: waiting for the flight will become much more pleasant with the BUSINESS FIRST service.

Terms of Refund in Case of Service Cancellation

1. In case of the passenger’s involuntary service cancellation as well as in case of the Airline’s failure to provide the booked and paid service, the payment shall be refunded in full, without any penalties being deducted provided that the passenger confirms documentarily the service having been booked and paid.

2. In case of voluntary service cancellation, if there are more than 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, the payment shall be refunded at the rate of 100% of the service cost with a Refund Fee being levied. If there are less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, a penalty at the rate of 25% of the service cost shall be deducted with a Refund Fee being levied.

A refund fee shall amount to RUB 100.
