You will be offered special prices with discounts up to 50% for hotel accommodation throughout Russia. 3. Book a Hotel and Flight together
Book a Standard Double/Twin room in a hotel together with the flight: just indicate the number of days next to the SKY EXPRESS HOTEL service at the time of booking.

One SKY EXPRESS HOTEL service shall include single or double occupancy of the room of the indicated category for 24 hours. Please book as many services as the number of days you plan to stay in the hotel. The room rate does not depend on the number of guests: 1 or 2 persons.

Terms of Service
1. The SKY EXPRESS HOTEL service cannot be booked separately from the flight.
2. By booking a SKY EXPRESS HOTEL service and paying for it, the payer shall accept thereby the terms of the Agreement for Public Offer of Service Provider, Svoy Travel LLC, an Airline partner.
3. The hotel check-in date should be the same as the date of the flight arrival for the guest in whose name the service has been booked.
4. The guest shall be accommodated in the hotel pursuant to the current hotel rules concerning the guest check-in/check-out times. The hotel check-in/check-out time shall be deemed the Service commencement/completion. Early check-ins or late check-outs of the guest shall not be guaranteed and shall be made insofar as possible.
5. Any amendments to or cancellation of the Service may be done by the Customer no later than 24 hours prior to the Service commencement time (in Krasnodar, no later than 48 hours prior thereto). In this case, the Service Provider shall refund the Service charge to the Customer with a 10% penalty being charged for the preliminary hotel booking. The penalty at the rate of 100% of the Service charge shall be levied within less than 24 hours prior to the Service commencement time.
6. The guest shall pay individually at the hotel reception for late check-out as well as for stay prolongation and additional Services, if the hotel can provide such possibility or service. In this case payment shall be effected based on the official rates in effect in the hotel as of the payment date.
In case of late check-out, hotel accommodation shall be payable, as a rule, in the following procedure:
- up to 6 hours after check-out time: payment by the hour;
- from 6 to 12 hours after check-out time: payment for 12 hours;
- from 12 to 24 hours after check-out time: payment for 24 hours.
7. In case of early termination of the booked Service as well as the guest’s no-show at the place of service provision pursuant to the booking terms, payment for unused accommodation and Service shall not be refunded.

The Service provider shall carry out all the claim activities related to provision of the SKY EXPRESS HOTEL service without the Airline’s participation. Any claims with regard to the quality of the booked services shall be forwarded from the payer to the Service provider and considered as a matter of routine procedure. The Airline shall make no promises or warranties on behalf of the Service provider in relation to the response to the claim received.
