There are 10 persons or more in your group and you all are going to fly together on Sky Express flight? Great idea! Just book a group air carriage under the TOGETHER! Program to get a discount for the whole group.

Both legal entities and individuals may utilize the program and apply most profitable tariff rates.

The trip organizer will receive a Certificate for Flight as a gift if there are 15 group members or more!

To receive a Certificate for Flight as a gift, your group is to be carried on the same flight and to the same destination. You can receive the Certificate upon having paid for the carriage in full. This Certificate shall be valid for booking a ticket to the destination whereto a group carriage has been accomplished. The Certificate for Flight shall cover the tariff rate and fuel charge.

Participating in the "TOGETHER!" PROGRAM is easy:

1. Fill in the Request,
2. Receive confirmation of the Request and a group tariff calculation,
3. Agree upon the payment method and pay,
4. Submit a list of passengers,
5. Receive your Itineraries by e-mail.

Please get familiar with the following before you prepare a Group Request:

• Group Tariff Application Rules upon request by phone at +7 495 648 9360 # 2337,
• Terms of Air Carriage Contract (Passenger and Baggage),
• CJSC Sky Express Rules for Air Carriage of Passengers and Baggage,
• The group leader/organizer who pays for the flight shall be liable for awareness of all the group members of the above Sky Express Airline Rules.

Terms of Participating in Sky Express "TOGETHER!" GTOUP CARRIAGE PROGRAM

1. Complete a Request
We would advise you to submit your Request not later than 2 weeks prior to the intended departure date so that you could get seats on the flight you need in time. Please complete the Request (if submitted by an individual, no corporate letterhead, seal or General Director’s signature are required). If you are booking a turnaround flight, please specify all details in the same Request. Besides, you should indicate additional services you would like to book together with the flight. Please forward the completed Request to the Sky Express Commercial Service by e-mail to b2b@skyexpress.ru titled “Group Request” or by fax 8 495 648 9361.

2. Receive a seat availability confirmation and an invoice
If you selected a non-cash payment method, a Sky Express employee will send you a seat availability confirmation and an invoice within 1 business day in reply to you Request. The offer will be valid for 2 bank days within which funds are to be transferred to the Sky Express account. You can find the terms and conditions of Group Carriage Agreement here.

3. Pay within the set time limit
Individuals or legal entities that selected a cash payment method may pay for the Flight via the Sky Express operating pay channels within the set time limits. No commission fee shall be levied in case of non-cash or cash payment at Sky Express cash desks in Vnukovo or at Kievsky Railway Station. If you pay via the Sky Express partner network, 3% commission shall be charged.

4. Submit a list of passengers
Lists of Passengers indicating their data (full name, passport series and number) for e-ticket issuance shall be required to be submitted to the Sky Express Commercial Service not later than 5 business days prior to the departure date.

5. Receive Itinerary and ensure that the full group arrives at the airport
When you receive the Itineraries sent to the group organizer’s e-mail, print them out and make sure that all members of the group with their passports arrive at the airport on the day of departure.

Children

Children aged under 2 years shall travel free of charge, without a separate seat to be provided. Children aged over 2 years shall be carried at a standard tariff rate, with separate seats to be provided. A birth certificate shall be presented when buying a flight for a child. Children aged under 14 years shall not be admitted onboard without being accompanied. Passengers aged over 14 years shall be carried by air in the normal procedure.
