Booking


The Passenger or a person booking on behalf thereof shall be bound to notify the Booking Centre about:
•    Passenger’s reduced mobility;
•    Passenger’s reduced vision/hearing (loss thereof) and the need for a guide dog escort in this case;
•    contagious disease;
•    pregnancy of more than twenty eight weeks;
•    carriage of a baby aged under seven days;
•    carriage of an animal (birds);
•    availability of excess baggage or oversize, long or heavy-weight baggage.

The Passenger may be denied booking if the Airline is unable to perform carriage in the above cases due to the aircraft’s technical incapability or specificity of internal procedures.

At the Airport of Departure

Check-in


The Passenger shall be required to arrive at the check-in and Baggage handling desk in good time. The check-in shall commence 2 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure and end 30 minutes prior thereto.

Depending on the particular airport’s requirements, the check-in process start, end and duration may differ.

In order to check in, the passenger shall be obliged to present a valid flight ticket and an identity document in compliance with the effective law of the Russian Federation. It should be the same identity document whose data had been recorded in the Ticket.

If the Passenger has got no ticket for the flight though holds a document certifying payment for the booking, he (she) ought to advise the check-in agent or an Airline’s representative of the Booking Number and produce the payment document if necessary.

Baggage


Before departure, all Passengers shall be bound to undergo the baggage check-in and the aviation security control procedure. Each passenger may carry 15 kg of baggage free of charge. The dimensions of one baggage item shall not exceed 0.5×0.5×1.0 m. The excess baggage shall be accepted onboard provided that spare tonnage is available, and it shall be checked in and paid for in accordance with the current tariff rate. In this case, the weight of one baggage item shall not exceed 30 kg. Each Passenger may take onboard the aircraft one item of unchecked baggage weighting up to 10 kg with the dimensions not exceeding 45×35×15 cm.

The Passenger shall be permitted to carry the following small articles in excess of the set allowance if they are carried in hands and have not been put in the baggage: briefcase, lady’s purse, umbrella, baby cradle, folding chair (wheel-chair for the disabled), etc.

Children


The Passenger may carry one child aged under 2 years free of charge, without providing a separate seat. Children aged over 2 years shall be carried at a standard tariff rate, with separate seats to be provided. A birth certificate shall be presented when buying a flight for a child. Children aged under 14 years shall not be admitted onboard without being accompanied. Passengers aged over 14 years shall be carried by air in the normal procedure.

Carriage of babies aged under seven days is not recommended.

Animals in the Cabin


If you are going to travel with your pet and do not want it to be carried in the baggage compartment, you can make use of CAT AND DOG service! CAT AND DOG is a service of pet carriage in the aircraft cabin. You can book the service if your pet’s weight is under 8 kg (including the cage or container). The cost of the service is RUB 1,500 per one-way flight.

When carried by air in the aircraft cabin, an animal (bird) shall be placed in the appropriate container (cage or basket) of sufficient size, providing for air access and supplied with a lock. The bottom of the container (cage or basket) shall be waterproof and covered with absorbing material, with a rim running along the bottom perimeter, which would exclude absorbing material escape. The sum of the three dimensions of the container may not exceed 115 cm. One cage can carry no more than one adult animal, or no more than two puppies or kittens younger than 6 months. Dogs and cats may not be housed within the same cage.

The Passenger travelling with the animal shall hold and produce at the time of check-in valid documents (certificates) of the animal’s health issued by competent veterinary authorities.

The guide dogs escorting Passengers with reduced vision (hearing) shall be carried in the aircraft cabin free of charge, in excess of the set free Baggage allowance, subject to the dog’s appropriate training evidenced with the certificate and provided that the dog has a collar and a muzzle, and it is tied to the seat at the owner’s feet.

Animals in the Baggage Compartment


If your pet weighs over 8 kg (including the cage or container), it may be carried in the aircraft baggage compartment. This service shall be payable at the excess baggage tariff rate. Animals and birds shall be carried upon a prior agreement with the Airline. The Passenger shall be bound to inform of the carriage of animals (birds) at the time of booking by specifying the species, number and weight of the animals to be carried as well as the dimensions of the container (cage).

When carried by air, an animal (bird) shall be placed in the appropriate container (cage or basket) of sufficient size, providing for air access and supplied with a lock. The bottom of the container (cage or basket) shall be waterproof and covered with absorbing material, with a rim running along the bottom perimeter which would exclude absorbing material escape. Bird cages shall be covered with thick light-tight fabric. The sum of the three dimensions of the container/cage may not exceed 230 cm. The summary weight of the animal and the container (cage) may not exceed 50 kg. The Passenger travelling with an animal (bird) shall hold and produce at the time of check-in valid documents (certificates) of the animal’s (bird’s) health issued by competent veterinary authorities.

Animals and birds shall be admitted to carriage provided that the passenger assumes the entire responsibility for them. The Airline shall not be liable for bodily harm, loss, late delivery, disease or death of such animals and birds. The Passenger shall comply with all the Airline requirements and reimburse it for all its losses and extra costs if the animal (bird) has caused damage to the aircraft, other Passengers’ baggage, health and (or) life.

Animals and birds shall not be covered by free baggage allowance. Carriage of animals and birds shall be payable at the tariff rate set by the Airline tariff application terms, depending on the actual weight of the animal (bird) together with the container (cage).

Boarding the Flight


Only the passengers who have passed through the pre-flight inspection shall be admitted to boarding. The departure gate number shall be indicated on the passenger’s boarding pass.

The passenger shall be obliged to arrive at the departure gate no later than 20 minutes before the scheduled flight departure. Passengers who have failed to arrive for boarding by the indicated time may be denied the flight. In such situation the Airline shall not be liable for the losses incurred by the passenger due to being late for the boarding.
