Sky Express, Russia’s first Low Cost Carrier, received IOSA Registration Certificate following the successful completion of the IATA Operations Safety Audit (IOSA). The Certificate was presented officially to Arkady Merkulov, Deputy Director General, Quality of Sky Express by Dimitri Shamraev, IATA Regional Representative, Russia and CIS. The audit were conducted by Wake (QA) Ltd. Sky Express is one of only 8 Russian airlines achieved IOSA Registration. The audit includes the application of more than 900 standards and practices in daily operating activity. Sky Express registered in IATA’s Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Register
Sky Express, Russia’s first Low Cost Carrier, has achieved full IOSA Certification without any qualification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA). IOSA is the benchmark for global safety management in airlines. The audit includes the application of more than 900 standards and practices in daily operating activity and the award of the Certificate demonstrates that flight safety is the top priority of Sky Express. The audits were conducted by Wake (QA) Limited, one of the approved IOSA audit organizations, and the Certificate will be presented to Sky Express by IATA’s Regional Representative in Russia and the CIS at a ceremony in the near future.
