Marina Bukalova, General Director Marina Bukalova has ten years of experience in the aviation industry. Having started out as head of the commerce department in Murmansk, she proceeded to become Commercial Director of KrasAir, and later - Aide to General Director for Commerce. She is an open and goal-oriented person. She has participated in a number of projects designed to develop AirUnion domestic and foreign businesses. Marina graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation and was recognized as one of the most professional commercial directors in Russia in 2003 and 2004. She is also listed as one of the «Best 200 top managers of Russia».

Oleg Novikov, Depury director general fleet operations Oleg Novikov has been involved in SKY EXPRESS project since the December 2005 which he joined from Deputy Director General position in Volare Airlines, Kiev. Oleg graduated from Kiev University of Civil Aviation in 1993 at qualification Air Transportation Management. Since then he joined Ukraine International Airlines in Kiev, where being responsible for cargo charters, sales and for freighters operation. In year 2000 joined East Line Airlines in Moscow at position Head of Marketing and Development, responsible for marketing, analytics, advertising, sales development, quality control and licensing. In year 2001 Oleg joined Eurasia Airlines in Moscow as Cargo operations Director, responsible for all cargo activities of airline. Participated in several airline & management courses and training programs.

Andrey Egorov, Commercial Director Andrey Egorov graduated from the Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers in 1989, and the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation in 2000. He started his career on Turinsk Airline (Krasnoyarsk Territory) where he held several positions from 1989 to 1995. In 1995, Andrey became the leader of the Marketing Department of KrasAir and later on was appointed the airline’s Commercial Director. In 2005, he took a position of Adviser to Chairman of the Supervisory Board at AirUnion aviation alliance. In December 2008, Mr. Egorov was invited to take a position of Deputy General Director for Sales and Marketing at Sky Express. By combining creative approach to marketing concept with his serious attitude to figures, Andrey succeeds in setting the desired work pace for the team and regulating cash inflows in the company. Besides aviation, Andrey is keen on fishing, and like in business, he is often able to find best “fishing spots” before others can do so.

Sergey Voropaev, Director of legal department Sergey Voropaev graduated postgraduate study of Russian Academy of State Service in legal sciences. He worked in the Arbitration court of Moscow region, by order of Chairman of Higher Arbitration Court of the RF he was awarded with class rank of counselor of law. Sergey works in legal speciality for more than 7 years, out of them – over 5 years in aviation sphere. He possesses deep knowledge in the sphere of international law, he was published many times in mass media in different legal disciplines, creatively approaching solution of set tasks. In companionship he is benevolent and open, endowed with extraordinary sense of humor. From the first days of his work in Sky Express Sergey showed himself as energetic and enterprising specialist of high qualification, successfully using his rich experience and analytical make-up of thought in everyday activity of young and dynamic company.

Elena Semyonova, Service Director Prior to joining Sky Express, Elena Semyonova worked for Transaero in the capacity of the Quality Director where she primarily specialized in the improvement of the organization's business processes, development of a quality management system, and analysis of claims. Prior to that, she had worked as Commercial Director at Aviaconsulting - a consulting company - where she specialized in the organization of passenger services. She had also worked for the national carrier Air Kazakhstan as Vice President for Customer Service. She has a more than 25-year experience in aviation. Ms. Semyonova has a university degree in economics.

Zdobnova Nadezhda, Chief accountant Nadezhda has 14-year experience of management of bookkeeping service, out of them about 3 years – in aviation business. Before coming to Sky Express she held post of chief accountant in JSC “Air company “Domodedovo air lines”. She has higher economic education, the second education she received in All-Russian State Tax Academy at the Ministry of Taxes and Fees of the RF. She is a full member of Institute of professional accountants and auditors of Russia. She has Certificate of professional accountant.

Vitaliy Korenyugin, Public Relations Fan and fair-haired boy of journalists. He has 10-year experience of work in the sphere of public & government relations and 5-year experience in jurisprudence. In 1993 he graduated Turkmen State University in speciality “jurisprudence”. He came to aviation in 1997 as legal counsel of National department of civil aviation of Turkmenistan. Afterwards he changed line of business in connection with project on entering of Turkmenistan into Foreign Trade Association. He worked in large international companies: Booz-Allen&Hamilton, Phillip Morris. And gained considerable experience in PR-agency R.I.M. Porter Novelli. For two years he was running projects in department of foreign relations of Group EAST LINE. He came to Sky Express at the end of 2006 just to the first press-conference and since then of official and non-official measure is dispensed with Vitaliy.

Elena Balabanova, Head of service of flight attendants In 1995 Lena started her star way as an ordinary flight attendant and already in 2000 discharged duties of head of service of flight attendants in branch of JSC “ÂÀÑΔ - “Air company “ÂÀÑΔ. Having accidentally got to know about the company Sky Express, she was interested in the project and immediately joined it. Lena proved to be among those faithful employees of Sky Express, who observed the maiden flight of Sky Express from the roof of eight-storey building. The competence of Lena is organization of work of Service of flight attendants and security of safety of passengers aboard the plane. Just Lena is setting a good example to stewards of Sky Express of her attitude to a passenger as dear guest and gladdens everybody with radiant smile!
